James Stevens No.14 Lifeboat pictures

08th September 2009
I have added a new gallery to include some images of this restored vessel. James Stevens No.14 was the second RNLI lifeboat at Walton-on-the-Naze, Essex. She is the oldest surviving motor lifeboat in the world has been restored back to her former glory by Frinton and Walton Heritage Trust. Griff Rhys Jones was the special guest at Titchmarsh Marina, Walton-on-the-Naze on Saturday 5th September 2009 to launch the fully-restored vessel.

I was invited to the event to officially photograph the vessel and have included some of the photographs in this gallery. We will be using some of the pictures I took on the launch day to raise money for the Frinton and Walton Heritage Trust, who have put in an enormous amount of time and money towards the restoration of this historic vessel.
