Mid-air Scratch

This extraordinary image was captured on the 8th October 2005 when moult to 3rd-winter was virtually complete. It shows how Leggy has adapted to her severe disability when it comes to scratching. In order to scratch the areas which would normally be served by the disabled leg she has to contort herself so that the good leg can administer the scratch on the other side of the head !
